Our technical support will help you with technical questions about our products in the Medical & Life Sciences sector! Even if you are not sure which accessories fit your Basler camera or if something should not work as expected, you have come to the right place.

In order to process your inquiry as fast and effective as possible, we ask you to describe your issue as precisely as possible. The following information - if applicable - would help us enormously:

- Camera model, interface, operating system and version, hardware setup (network with several cameras connected to switch or directly to NIC? USB cameras connected to hub or directly to USB card?)

- Programming language and development environment

- If necessary, pylon log files and/or the affected source code
